I found it to be well-structured, engaging and very helpful.

The obvious value in providing peer support, but the importance of being really clear from the outset what our objectives are, and managing expectations. The ‘Uncertainty’ section was particularly useful for me, as one of our biggest barriers has been encouraging people to engage in the first place. I now feel that I could use this model confidently to address this.
