What is mentoring?
Mentoring is a mutually beneficial process where you will be matched with someone who has had experience in overcoming the obstacles and barriers of your situation and will use this experience, as well as our professional training to support you to overcome yours, and help you achieve your goals.

Our type 2 diabetes one-to-one peer support service will come to an end on the 30th June 2023 so we are no longer able to take referrals.

Our Long COVID Peer Support Programme will unfortunately be coming to a close on 31st March 2023.
This means our final workshop took place on Tuesday 21st March.
If you are looking for support with your Long COVID – please contact your GP or the Sirona Long COVID Clinic who will be able to signpost you to other support.
Our first peer mentor program, which has been successfully running for 6 years will match you with a mentor to help you gain the knowledge, confidence and ability to live well with your HIV diagnosis. Our volunteer mentors are all experienced with living with HIV, and understand how hard it can be. They can support you for up to 6 months to support you through.
